+Recent versions of Garmin Connect which provides connectivity between Garmin device and smartphone are unable to transfer binary data to Connect IQ app if Internet is not available even if transferred data is stored on smartphone. In such case, the app now throws error 0. We are in touch with Garmin team about this issue and hope it will be solved soon.
