No problem with Locus Map: * check your device GPS is on - The GPS icon {{:manual:user_guide:ic_gps_on_fix_default.png?nolink&30}}must be green * tap {{:manual:user_guide:ic_menu_alt.png?nolink&30}}**Menu** and then {{:manual:user_guide:ic_track_record_alt.png?nolink&30}}**Track recording**. \\ {{ :manual:basics:trackrec_bas6.png?nolink& }} * Select recording profile according to your activity - hike, bike, car etc. **(1)** \\ \\ {{ :manual:basics:trackrec_bas1.png }} * Tap the {{:manual:user_guide:ic_track_record_rec_alt.png?nolink&30}}**green button (2)** on the tracking panel and Locus starts recording your track. * The recording-start panel changes into a recording-monitoring panel that can be slid back by finger and a small tab indicating the recording status remains visible on the left side. \\ \\ {{ :manual:basics:trackrec_bas5.png }} * you can see the tracking right on the map - the {{:manual:user_guide:ic_location_move.png?nolink&30}}blue arrow is **drawing a line**. \\ \\ {{ :manual:basics:trackrec_bas.png?nolink& }} * when you get to the finish of your trip, tap the red {{:manual:user_guide:ic_96_track_recording_stop.png?nolink&30}}**Stop** button. * **name** your track or just leave it named by the date stamp. Select **folder** to store into and tap **Save**.
